Paul Cushing has been working as a goalkeeper coach for over two decades. He worked under coaches in the famed SoccerPlus camps of the early 2000s followed by work with the United Soccer Coaches. He is currently an assistant coach and Goalkeeper Coach at Northfield Mount Hermon, a Class A prep school in Western, Massachusetts. He is also the Director of Goalkeeping at IFA West for all keepers, including MLSNext.
